Are you sure the Touch is getting the time ? When my Radio was not keeping time, it was because the Touch was not getting and keeping the time. And other people had similar observations about the Touch with TinySB, there is even 'Bug 17164' (http://bugs.slimdevices.com/show_bug.cgi?id=17164) for it (please vote).
