No, it's about 1 TB of free diskspace on my NAS ...

But meanwhile I recognized:
- scanning 'playlist' only = works
- "Clear rescan" = DOESN'T work
- "update scan" = DOESN'T worl

BUT:
It is possible to perform an update scan when You did a playlist scan
before ... - I'm just trying (250.000 files, will take a few hours/days
...)
