I believe only 5.10 is supported on Windows.
It looks like 5.10 no longer is available as a free download, so you
either have to find an ActiveState 5.10 version somewhere or wait for
Logitech to update their perl modules to support 5.12.4 or 5.14.1 which
is available for download for free.
