I really don't want to make you disappointed but my guess is that
Logitech won't make the Touch work satisfactory for a 240 000 track
library anytime soon. Main reason is that most of the users using the
built-in server on the Touch probably have less than 20 000 tracks in
their library and the hardware isn't good enough to handle a large
library with the current technical choices/architecture of SBS. Of
course, this is just a guess based on what I've seen happening around
here during the last 5 years, so I might be wrong.

However, if you want to avoid some irritation I would suggest that you
either use the fast PC you have for SBS or get another PC to run SBS on
if you can't dedicate the current one for SBS usage. This will cost you
a little but it will avoid a lot of frustration if we assume that
Logitech is going to continue to do other things than what we expect
them to do. You can still keep the music files on the NAS, the NAS will
work great as a file storage but it isn't optimized for executing server
applications like SBS. There are many people around here that tries to
use a NAS or Touch for SBS, but I'm sure most of them would be a lot
happier if they invested a few $100 on a PC and spent the time enjoying
the music instead of troubleshooting the NAS/Touch.

Also, the Touch is very good as a player, it's just when you use its
built-in SBS it performs badly.
