>What might be the reason? Not sure. But you might want to check what tags SBS has read from the files. If you go into Song Info > More Info > View Tags, you can see exactly what tags the scanner would read, which might give a clue.
Also within Song Info, you should be able to see the properties of the songs that are in the SBS database. eg. see if you have artist, track artist, album artist, composer contributors that you are expecting.
