There used to be some DB tidy-up phases that don't seem to be run any more. Is
there a scan step that is accidentally not running that is still needed?
My full scan reported:

[Ignore the fact that discovery/scanning phases are overwritten, once per
shortcut, and scan time are therefore incorrect too]
Is there meant to be anything after Pre-caching Artwork, to remove artists that
don't need to be in the list, create "No Album", etc?
