They are a bit different for different file formats regarding tags that
are somewhat standardized, for example Musicbrainz tags.
As an example, I believe the Musicbrainz picard tagger writes:
FLAC: MUSICBRAINZ_ALBUMARTISTID
MP3: MUSICBRAINZ ALBUM ARTIST ID
But you are correct that it would probably be be appropriate to have
common mapping for a bit more things than the current solution, there
are a lot of things that are exactly the same, especially if you
compare FLAC and OGG mappings.
