As a Logitech customer, i'm wondering how your development team is
organised.  Apparently, there is no seperate Quality Control group,
which explains the huge number of bugs in released software.

To bring bugs into daylight, you mainly rely on your users/customers,
instead of your own organisation.

There seems to be great opportunities for improvement in your
organisation.
