I think it might make more sense to put it at the top of any list, but not 
include it in the count of menu items.  e.g. on SB3, All Songs could be 
considered item 0 in the list, such that track num 10 is still the 10th item in 
the list.

I miss it - it was quite useful to know how many songs there are in the current 
list, before pressing "All Songs", for example.

I think it's ignoring folder.jpg when they are windows hidden files.  i.e. 
where Windows (WMP?) has fetched artwork and stored has hidden files.
I'll replace these with better artwork (I haven't got many), but some are hard 
to spot, as it then picks up other non-cover artwork, so it's not a case of 
looking for albums with missing covers.

I don't like it - I'd prefer if it didn't pick anything if it's not a name I've 
chosen for the scanner to find.  It just seems wrong to auto-detect any old 
file as an album cover.  Most times it will be wrong, and therefore not 
possible to query to find the missing ones :-(
