I'll replace these with better artwork (I haven't got many), but some are hard to spot, as it then picks up other non-cover artwork, so it's not a case of looking for albums with missing covers. I don't like it - I'd prefer if it didn't pick anything if it's not a name I've chosen for the scanner to find. It just seems wrong to auto-detect any old file as an album cover.
