It looks like at least 2 problems need te be investigated & resolved before WAL can be included in a 7.6.1 release:
1. Malformed database problems when starting with a clean install or after a "clear cache". "On Windows, try testing a clean install, or start up the server with an empty cache." "Same result... server see no database, createone and starts the scanner. According to logfile scanner does what it shall, but no progress is shown in web or controlpanel. Server still running at this point. Scanner shutsdown when done. Refresh browser; server states: No music library configured" 2. Scanner crashes when using Browse Music Folder during scan. "And on top of this it also crashes/aborts the scanner process in progress except for the progress bar in the web interface which continue to increase even if there isn't any scanner process alive.
