So I agree, as many beta testers as possible should try to test the latest 7.6.1 and try to find issues with it and make sure there are registered bug reports for those issues. It's not realistic that beta testers will perform any structured testing to cover everything (this has to be done by Logitech) but if we all test our libraries we will at least cover as much as possible. I've tried mine on daily basis but so far I'm afraid I've been forced to spend the time focusing on finding critical issues which stops the system to work completely, basically checked if the correct number of tracks, albums, artists is scanned, I haven't had the time to do any more detailed investigation to verify that it actually does the right thing with the scanned tracks. I've been so focused at the scanning part lately so I haven't even tried that the system still works reliable for music listening... There are people still reporting album art issues both with 33011 (just before WAL changes) and also in even later nightly builds: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?p=649665#post649665 http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?p=649656#post649656 However, it's a special situation, it's important to release 7.6.1 because any new users buying a Squeezebox today is installing the somewhat buggy 7.6.0 release and this is really bad for their first experience with the Squeezebox. -- erland Erland Isaksson ('My homepage' (http://erland.isaksson.info)) (Developer of 'many plugins/applets' (http://wiki.slimdevices.com/index.php/User:Erland).
