The obvious reason that comes to mind is that you don't want to write
more than needed so if it's enough to write the first word in the title
you can see that with the current solution. If the searching wasn't done
when typing, you would probably enter 3 words and click search and then
realize that you have to enter 4 words to make it be close enough to
what you want.
The only disadvantage with searching when typing as I can see is that
it can be frustrating if it isn't fast enough, for example if you have
a slow server.
