Is it just me or does LMS really perform a full rescan of everything
when you add a new media folder ?
For example, let's say I've already configured:
- music (which contains a 100 000 tracks music library)
And now I also add a new "video" folder.
Is there a reason why LMS have to rescan my music folder ?
Or is it the "Clear and rescan everything" indication that's incorrect
and it's really only doing a full rescan of the "video" folder in this
case ?
This is probably not a big issue on longer terms but I expect some
users to be a bit frustrated that they have to rescan their music and
video folders just because they decide to also add their photo library
to LMS.
