Just for information, I managed to reproduce this "database is locked"
in my own LMS setup without any third party plugins installed, so it's
not just related to third party plugins. Unfortunately it only seems to
happen sometimes and it seems to be related to if you stress the
database from SBS process during a full rescan.

It's very easy to reproduce if you startup and shutdown iPeng while
scanning, probably because it refreshes it's cache which causes a bit
more database accesses. Most of the time it just cause "database is
locked" message in the server.log (which is probably not that serious)
but I've also got it in the scanner.log and then the scanner crashes.
