Just for information, I managed to reproduce this "database is locked" in my own LMS setup without any third party plugins installed, so it's not just related to third party plugins. Unfortunately it only seems to happen sometimes and it seems to be related to if you stress the database from SBS process during a full rescan.
It's very easy to reproduce if you startup and shutdown iPeng while scanning, probably because it refreshes it's cache which causes a bit more database accesses. Most of the time it just cause "database is locked" message in the server.log (which is probably not that serious) but I've also got it in the scanner.log and then the scanner crashes. I've registered a bug report for this: http://bugs.slimdevices.com/show_bug.cgi?id=17609 -- erland Erland Isaksson ('My homepage' (http://erland.isaksson.info)) (Developer of 'many plugins/applets' (http://wiki.slimdevices.com/index.php/User:Erland).
