Could you try if Dynamic Playlist 2.9.3638 which I just released solves
your issues ?
I've problem verifying it in my own setup because the LMS scanner
crashes with segmentation faults with and without third party plugins
as soon as I setup multiple music folders.
Make sure you don't have MusicIP or iTunes integration activated as at
least MusicIP will break the LMS scanning of individual folders (at
least in my setup).
If the new Dynamic Playlist version works, I'll make the same changes
to Custom Skip, TrackStat, SQL Playlist and Custom Browse to make all
of them work correctly, so make sure you only have License Manager and
Dynamic Playlist installed when you verify if it works.
