7.7/trunk in svn is the 7.7.1 branch, so it already exists, the parts
that's left is to change the numbers so nightly builds also indicate
7.7.1 and not 7.7.0 as they do now.
It also remains to create a 7.7.1 firmware directory at
mysqueezebox.com.
In my mind, 5 days is not much, certainly not enough to start to worry,
maybe Andy/Michael just:
- need some time to prepare support people for the release
- have taken a well deserved vacation before the 7.7.0 release is
announced, after all we all know it's going to be a lot of hard work
after the release to fix all bugs found by end users.
- are joining with the Revue team to demonstrate LMS and plan for the
release event
- are planning for the process to upgrade mysqueezebox.com to 7.7.0
- are working on on a new top secret Squeezebox product which aren't
known to the world yet.
- are going through bugzilla and plan for what to include in 7.7.1
Could be a lot of different reasons why we don't see any activities in
svn for a few days. In the history we have seen similar periods of
silence for a lot longer time than a few days.
