I've been happy with it as well (with one exception, below). Being able to run one service on my NAS - LMS - to control my Squeezeboxen as well as provide music to my other network devices is wonderful!
I just need to figure out why my XBox 360 doesn't seem to see LMS, while other devices on my network, including Windows Media Player on my Win7 systems, can see and use it without any problems. Whether my XBox is wired or wireless, it just doesn't appear. If I disable LMS and enable the ReadyDLNA service that ships with the ReadyNAS devices, my NAS appears on the XBox just fine... so there isn't a network issue. But disabling ReadyDLNA and re-enabling LMS still brings no joy to my gaming console. :( Any thoughts? -- virgiliomi home: sb boom, duet, and radio lms 7.7.1 on a readynas ultra 2 plus ------------------------------------------------------------------------ virgiliomi's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=33715 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=83939 _______________________________________________ beta mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/beta
