Since 7.7.1 has be officially released I installed it yesterday too.
For the first time on the 7.7.x the installation itself went without
issues on my ReadyNas Ultra (the installation would end with an error
message before)

But what is really annoying is that the LMS installation overwrites the
settings in Shares.conf for Samba.
It took me a while to figure out why I couldn't see my movies in the
CIFS /media share anymore.

Then I noticed that the default user for the folder had been changed to
squeezeboxserver and the path was updated in Shares.conf:
[media]
path = /c/squeezeboxserver
comment = "Media Server Share"

The problem is that this can´t be changed in Netgear admin interface
FrontView. The only way to change it back is to SSH into the NAS and
edit the file. I think that many users don´t have enabled SSH access
nor the knowledge to do this.

Before 7.7.1 final I ran LogitechMediaServer_7.7.1~33641-i386-readynas
and I can't recall that I had this then.
