Yes, but that seems the right thing to do.  If the song is a duet, I'd expect 
two artists to be labelled on the song ;-)  To get the album to appear as an 
album by Frank Sinatra, and not under Aretha Franklin, requires an additional 
ALBUM ARTIST tag to be added.  i.e. the artists should be mandatory.  The 
software shouldn't assume that an album artist is a performer on a song.
