I'm bumping this to add that, though I wasn't using radio station playlists at the time, this looks related to an old bug that was previously squashed: http://bugs.slimdevices.com/show_bug.cgi?id=14648 (also http://bugs.slimdevices.com/show_bug.cgi?id=15785). And, as I noted above, it stayed squashed through 7.6.2.
Since the current issue only affects the web interface (not hardware players, Android apps, or Squeezeplay) it doesn't look like the same exact bug. Since I do use the web interface quite a bit, it's pretty annoying.
