Yes, I did get that.

The "mess" is around handling both Squeezeboxes and Smart Radios.
The Squeezeboxes will still be controlled through the Server, the Smart
Radios through UESR.com. But the music for the Smart Radios still comes
from the server.
This ends up with a control model that is just ridiculous and that no
normal end user will understand, which is why I don't believe Logitech
will ever endorse it.
It will negate the only advantage of the Smart Radio (and the reason for
the switch to the new platform!) completely.

"Oh, wait, where did I have to control that other player?" "Which App do
I have to use for the kitchen?" "My Computer is off, now I can only see
the one in the bedroom" "Why can I sync the kitchen and the hall but not
the bedroom?"...
And I'm not even talking about registering Spotify et al. twice...
This doesn't make sense at all if your goal is to simplify the user
experience.
