OK I've uninstalled a few and upon restart I immediately get:

_Immediately_, without pressing any button? That line would be called when
you try to set a preset (press & hold one of the preset buttons on a
Radio). It's 11s after the restart. Did you actually try to set a preset?
If not, any chance one of your Radio's preset button is somehow stuck?
Check the kitchen Radio first ;-).

This could be called by the Settings/Plugins page, when trying to save
things from a page which was left open in a browser window while you
restarted the server. Any chance this happened?
