In descending order, I'd reword the menu as I suggested above: Artist-only Radio Similar artists Mostly similar artists Some similar artists A few similar artists
The only one that I think isn't completely clear-cut is the second one. Maybe "Only similar artists" or "All similar artists" would be better.
