Close, in Win7/64 it's in C:\Program Files (x86)\Squeezebox\server\HTML\EN\html\images\artists.png , dimensions 512 x 512, size 44.9 KB.
Keep in mind that replacing this will replace the icon in other parts of the web UI as well.
