Sorry for the slow update on this. I only saw the problem right when starting to use IE, the following days it was gone. I have just tried to clear cache in my IE11, and the weird scrollbars was back. But you just have to sit back and wait a couple of seconds, and then they work normally again. I -don't- get the weird behavior in Firefox on an empty cache, but the "problem" might have been there in earlier versions of IE too. I have no idea about that.
