Yes, hopefully it was the same underlying issue: the caches for web UI browse modes and the New Music in all UIs use the lastScanTime as part of the cache key. This should make sure the cached values become stale when a new scan has happened. Unfortunately BMF would not always have updated that value. I thought I had addressed that in the past (as eg. iPeng is relying on this value for its own cache, too). But I either was wrong, or broke it again.
