AFAICT, there was a long standing problem with MiP recognizing URIs passed from SBS/LMS when the file name contained non ASCII characters, but it's been corrected for.a while now (possibly with 7.6.x, there were many corrections regarding UTF-8 encoding/decoding, IIRC). I'd have to test the beta to tell if it's broken, but it's working perfectly at the moment for me with 7.8.0.
