Okay, I'll try wiping cache. What is the cache expiry policy set to, just out of interest?
Are you running from git/svn? The URLs for stylesheets etc. use the build's revision number as a cache-killer. With regular builds the browser should reload the full set of JS and CSS whenever you update your installation.
But if you're running from git/svn, then this doesn't work. Plus if your browser is pulling up a stale copy of the calling html page, then that parameter is moot anyway.
To answer your question: default expiry is 1h, 1w for certain static content.
