Maybe I might suggest my point of view: In my opinion there are two different ways to listen to (and to search for) music. - Sometimes You search all songs by one artist. e.g. looking for "everything" from Lionel Richie when You're creating a playlist for Your next party and something like that and You don't know if You have "Say You Say Me" on the "white nights"-soundtrack, "Hello" on a "Kuschelrock"-compilation or some other sort of "Best Of 80s"-comp - in this case You're looking for a list with all (albums with) tracks, where Lionel Richie is tagged as an "artist" - and sometimes You sit down (with a glass of red wine) and wants to listen to an album of Lionel Richie, browsing his discography to find one ... - then You need a list with just HIS (10 or so) albums, the one, where he is tagged as an "album artist". You don't wanna see all those soundtracks and movies he's on then... I thinks it gets more reference to everyday life, when You think of different artists: if You look for a 1990s Euro Dance act like "2 unlimited" You might have no "solo album" by them in Your collection but 30 or 40 compilations with songs of them on it - so you wanna hear just one or two songs and browse by "artist" if You look for an artist like Elton John or Paul McCartney You probably want to listen to a "full album" of his and not just one or 2 songs ... I hope, I could give You an idea of what I'm thinking of: - If You click (e.g.) Lionel Richie from the ARTIST list, You see a list with everything "he did" - this list exists. - I'm looking for an ADDITIONAL list / way, to see only "his" album, which meens, where Lionel Richie is tagged as album artist... Would it be a good idea to create this feature?
