The bottom of the scanner.log (with debug settings) looks like this:
Could you please enable debug logging for the scanner and try again?

I tried again. Going back to 7.8 worked fine. Updated back to 7.9
nightly and it again stuck at scanning. I tried removing all databases
in the cache directory without any luck. Should I send you full logs by
email?
