Ok, I see.

I changed the two settings you suggested (the third one is not present
here) and ran VACUUM on the imgproxy.db (which took around an hour).

When I then started LMS again, it was available instantly (I mean
literally!).

I'll keep an eye on both, startup speed and the imgproxy.db file.
