I have seen albums I added via Browse Music Folder not show up under New Music right away, then magically appear later. I don't believe it's a browser cache issue as I've never seen that happen before (of course, if the web UI code has changed...). I've also had problems with attempting to play albums via New Music only to have it play the prior album on the list rather than the one I clicked.
