I've been seeing this problem as well, normally after a "New and
Changed" scan while playing music, but also after a period of using
"Sugar Cube Live View" (Spicefly SugarCube plugin) in the left browser
panel. Both Firefox 32.0 and Internet Explorer affected once it happens,
and on all my Windows machines. A server restart solves it, but it
reoccurs periodically. On two occasions, when left undealt with, it
seems to have prevented Spicefly Sugarcube from queueing up the next
track, leading to connected players becoming unresponsive.
I can tell when it's going to happen, because the playlist stops
updating to the Now Playing track, and multiple copies of the playlist
buttons (e.g. 'Save' 'Clear') start appearing under the playlist panel.
