I clicked "New Favorite" button and "Name" is the default text that is populated in the form. But there's still a bug ... If you click off the form without hitting either the "Save" or "Cancel" button, then the new favorite is still saved. It should be discarded.
Similar to Phil's missing artwork issue: must be an oldie. But I can look into this at some point. Please file a bug report if you think it's worth it...
