1. started the server with Library demo plugin disabled and no VirtualLibrary.pref in my folder. 2. created a new library using advanced search.Hmm... Did the prefs file exist after you created the libraries?Yes.
Heh... just updated my server at home, re-run a scan. And the libraries were not created. There's definitely something wrong.
