Are you using the fulltext search (fts) plugin? What kind of keyword
would you be using? Do you really have to restart it, or would it
recover after some time? What library size? What hardware to run LMS on?

100k tracks, hardware is a single CPU, 1GB RAM, kvm VM on a SmartOS box
with an i3 processor, I'm using high memory settings.
Ok, 100k tracks with 1GB is not a lot. I would have recommended using
the maximum memory setting with that large a library. Anyone beyond
30-50k tracks should try to through as much memory at LMS as possible.
But if you have to share that 1GB with lots of other services, it might
be a problem. Please give the Maximum setting a try yourself. It would
help LMS a great deal, in particular with FTS.
