Using LMS 7.9 you can create such libraries without any additional
plugin. You'd use the Advanced Search in the web UI and save the search
as a library.

It seems that custom libraries does not work anymore. At least not as it
used to work. I have created two very simple custom libraries by genres:
one with only classical music and other one with all except classical
music. I have select current library with library view. But now suddenly
it does not work anymore. After I have select custom library there is no
artists/albums/etc visible.
