Um...can anyone think why this is happening with this flac? The 7.9
scanner is just duplicating the comments tag and tacking it onto the end
of the existing comments field with every "scan for new".
As far as I can tell, there's nothing special about this flac file or
about the comments tag:

Weird, eh? Fortunately, I'm only seeing this with this particular flac
file. So...let's call this an "oddity" rather than a bug.
