Thanks! It looks as if that was an album wiht cue sheet _and_ one file per track. You said you saw the issue on 50% of your albums. Can you figure out whether it happens with these cases (CUE & 1 file per track), and it does not happen in the 1xCUE & 1xFLAC case?
