Hi,
I have Innuos Wave network player with LMS 7.9 on Debian GNU/Linux 7.7
(wheezy) and
playing DSD64 or DSD128 DSF files without problems with my Nuprime uDSD
USB DAC, but
when trying to play DSD256, Squeezebox shows bar playing track, but DAC
not switching
to DSD mode and no sound. This DAC is XMOS based and is capable to play
native DSD up to DSD256.
I made some research on web and found on Jriver blog mention that Debian
8 (jessie) now
supprts DSD256:

"I got J River Media Center 21 64 bit for Debian Jessie GNU/Linux. There
have been important new
features and capabilities that have been added to the GNU/Linux version
that give it more features
parity with the Microsoft Windows and Apple Macintosh OS X versions.
First, DSD-64/128/256 bit stream
playback is now supported. Second,...etc"
Can anybody confirm that? If so I will request update from Innuos.
