Thanks for the reply. I tried disabling both Custom Browse and Custom Scan, just kept Dynamic Playlists and SQL Playlist active (these are mandatory, otherwise the whole Dynamic Playlists functionality is gone), but the problem is still happening. The only workaround I see for now is to avoid pressing pause on the IR remote while playing a dynamic playlist. If I use the web interface or SqueezeCommander to pause the player, it's all working fine...
