You need to wrap the cmdwrappers_Skin in [%- FILTER null %] ... [% END %]
BTW: I applied a few changes to Default a few days ago. One of the changes was to get rid of the background.png and those rounded corners you replaced with transparent images. They're no longer needed, but you might want to reset the border-radius attribute for the div#background (see https://github.com/Logitech/slimserver/commit/5ec622a3006f45fb0ad73c7d07033c4bac3330c2#diff-2b6538827271c3cabb661a2254829bceR130)
