Is it LMS  that need these files ? or maybe squeezeupnp bridge plugin ?

You can check the location of LMS' cache folder in the web UI Settings/Information. Well-behaving plugins should be using that folder for whatever temporary data they store. And this path can be configured using the startup parameter --cachedir=/some/other/place.

How did you install LMS on that platform? Some plugins can use massive amounts of storage. Eg. the Spotify handlers would by default use up to 80% of your disk space for its cache (this can be turned off in the settings).
