Hi Michael, i dont know when i saw that the first time - maybe its there forever...
If you didnt use enu in the lms WebGUI you will see that in the Main/Root Webpage the Submenü for Favorites is taken from the strings.txt and would be translated. If you open that Page *http://:9000/plugins/Favorites/index.html?*- its always "Favorites" instead of the translated Text thats used in the root Page. Didnt find the reason - isnt really important.
