Has anything ever come of this? This has been my biggest annoyance with the Squeezebox server for the last 10 years - not everything belongs to an album!!!
Mine just randomly picks a different image to use at every rescan for tracks with "no album". It uses this image in browse menus even if there is cover.jpg for the tracks in the folder.
