This has been something that has always bothered me, but never have gotten around to asking.
I would very much like to have an option for what information is displayed in the Artist line of Now Playing. I would like to see only the (track) Artist -- but I always get the the Composer tag when it exists, and also the Album Artist tag when it is different from Artist. I find this to be generally distracting and adds clutter -- that information is only a click away (via Song Info) when I want to see it.
