Unfortunately Spotify's API is still far, far behind the echonest's. I
do have some of above implemented in the Spotty plugin. As you
suggested, the plugin would try to match currently playing stuff with
Spotify IDs, then mix from there. But while the.echonest.com allowed to
basically export all of your music metadata to create a profile, Spotify
only accepts five tracks to seed a mix...
