It is a https URL. SB hardware player do not support https so you need
a local LMS which is up to date (ie. 7.9.4 or 8.0.*) and up to date OS
SSL support.
However, it seems the http version still seems to play - try
http://icecast-qmusicnl-cdp.triple-it.nl/Qmusic_nl_classics_96.mp3
