If you're referring to running 'buildme.sh' (https://github.com/Logitech/slimserver-vendor/blob/public/8.3/CPAN/buildme.sh), no, I didn't do that. This was just an experimental install, and since my experience with running buildme.sh on underpowered hardware like this is that it's a *considerable *time investment, I thought I'd just post the FYI here.
I'm assuming that Debian is considered a supported platform, and since it's one of the few remaining distros that supports i386, I thought you'd want to know about the install fail. But again, honestly, who knows how many folks still have i386 hardware lying around gathering dust that they'd want to slap a LMS on? ------------------------------------------------------------------------ gharris999's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=115 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=115197 _______________________________________________ beta mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/beta
