If you add 2 user highlighters with the same name, yes, you will have 2 same highlighters. But I mean its an user problem not a PSPad problem. If you want to remove it from list, click on the highlighter name, go to the second tab and click on the forst empy line in the user highlighter list. If you want to replace user highlighter with another one, click on the highlighter name and on the second tab choose highlighter you want.
